This page explains what Gate Sentry is, how to create an account, and which features may be available to you.
Gate Sentry is a visitor and access management platform used by communities to control and track entry. It connects security, administrators, and authorized users on one system so access is managed consistently and securely.

If you don't see the welcome email click on the 'Get Access Code' button below.
The welcome email has a link to the User Videos & Guides for the app and portal.
Your unique access code for account creation is in the welcome email.
Download the Gate Sentry App on your iPhone or Android device.
Tap the 'Create New Account' text under the Submit button.
Enter your email and create a password.
Lastly, add your access code from the welcome email and tap 'Create Account'.
If you don't have your access code, go to the web portal sign-up page and request a code.
Once your account has been created start adding guests and vendors.
Click on the button below or go to portal.gatesentry.com and tap 'Sign Up'.
Add your access code from the welcome email.
If you don't have an access code click on 'Request A Code'.
Tap the 'Create New Account' text under the Submit button.
Enter your email and create a password, and tap 'Sign Up'.
Once your account has been created start adding guests and vendors.
Please begin adding your guests and vendors to your account to ensure seamless access.

Missing your Welcome Email? If you did not receive a welcome email containing your access code, please inform your property manager or email support@gatesentry.com with your community name and address.
Gate Sentry is configurable by each community. Not all users will have access to all features.
The core platform used to verify guests, log arrivals in real-time, and maintain accurate access records. Included for everyone.
SentryPass allows authorized users to issue mobile access passes to guests. Guests receive a pass on their phone, access is verified quickly, and entries are logged automatically.
* Only if enabled by your community.VirtualKey allows authorized users to open gates or entrances remotely using the Gate Sentry app. Used to grant temporary access or let in approved guests without sharing codes.
* Only if enabled by your community.VirtualKeypad allows access using a secure access code at an entrance. Users scan a QR code, enter their unique code, and access is granted based on permissions.
