The VirtualKey enables residents to open entrances via mobile devices, eliminating costly keypads, fobs, and access cards. It also serves as a backup to RFIDs or barcodes for untagged vehicles like new, loaner, or rental cars.
The VirtualKeypad allows visitors to enter unmanned gates without keypads or kiosks. When added to the resident's list, visitors receive a unique access code. Upon arrival, they scan a QR code and enter their access code to open the entrance.

The VirtualKey can serve as a secondary option to existing RFIDs/Bar Codes, providing an alternative when car readers fail or for untagged vehicles – new cars, loaners/rentals.
The VirtualKeypad can replace security personnel during overnight hours when visitor traffic is low, or replace keypads and fobs at unmanned gates and entrances, delivering significant cost savings while maintaining the same level of security. The only hardware required is the VirtualKeypad sign displaying the QR code—everything else is managed through mobile devices.
Step 1:
When adding a guest arriving during overnight hours or at unmanned gates and entrances, include their phone number to ensure they receive their access code
Step 2:
Your guest will automatically receive their 5-digit unique access code from Gate Sentry via text.
Step 3:
When your guest arrives at the gate during overnight hours, they can scan the QR code on the sign with their phone, and the VirtualKeypad will appear.
Step 4:
Your guest will enter their 5-digit code into the VirtualKeypad, and the gate will open. The resident will then receive an arrival notification.
